The Management team comprises of selected individuals with the required expertise in security services and related field, which include emerging technologies. We have an in depth knowledge on various security issues sensitive to business organisation. We are constantly aware of the need to ensure that breaches of security are kept to a minimum, if not completely resolved.
Abdullah Fauzi is the son of a former Perak’s State Assemblyman was born in Kampung Gajah. He received his early education in Teluk Intan and then continued his studies in Ipoh. With the qualification of Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan. As a former small trader in Ipoh and with a little bit of army experience from joining Pasukan Simpanan Askar Wataniah in early 80’s, he became involved in the security business. In 1989, he went to Kuala Lumpur and started a business as a used-car dealer while waiting for the Private Agency licence to be approved by Kementerian Dalam Negeri and started this business in 1991. Besides holding the position of the Executive Chairman, he is also the Principal of Sekolah Agama Ehyak, Kampung Gajah, which is a private religious school formed by his late father.
Born in Teluk Intan, Perak in 1958, Capt Hanafiah Ibrahim received his early education in Teluk Intan and continued his studies in the Armed Forces Apprentice Trade School, Port Dickson in 1974 until 1976. He then joined the army as an officer in the Infantry Unit. He left the service in the rank of Captain in 1991 after having accumulated 15 years of service experience. Capt Hanafiah joined Capvest Security in 1992. As a key man of the company his main responsibility then was to develop the company and was therefore personally involved and committed in the operations of the company. In 1998, Capt Hanafiah furthered his studies and graduated with a Diploma in Business study (Swansea) in a private college in Klang. His vast experience in managing the operations has greatly assisted him in steering the company into the era of emerging technologies.
Born in Pontian, Johor, holds Diploma Agriculture in 1974 from Agriculture Institut Ayer Hitam, Kluang, Johor. He then gain the title 2nd Liutenant in 1976 and serve in Special Force Regiment (Commando) In Sungai Udang, Melaka. Then in 1979, he obtained the rank Liutenant and serve in Johor Military Forces (JMF). Throughout his career in Johor Military Force, he did attend various military courses. Such as Basic Parachute and Freefall course (Sungai Udang, Melaka), Company Leadership (Pulada, Johor), Airborne and Ranjer course (United State of America), Staff Officer Course (7 Brigade, Mahkota Kluang Camp), Clerical course, Financial Management course and Management course (INTAN South Regional, Kluang, Johor). He ended his military carreer ranked Captain/Adjutant as Personal Bodyguard to YANG MAHA MULIA SULTAN JOHOR DAN DULI YANG AMAT MULA TUNKU MAHKOTA JOHOR. Captain Hj Razak holds the Medal of Ibrahim Sultan Pangkat II (P.I.S II), Bentara Setia Diraja (B.S.D) and Medal of Pertabalan Agung Sultan Iskandar Johor (P.P.A) by DULI YANG MAHA MULIA TUNKU MAHKOTA IBRAHIM ISMAIL, PEMANGKU RAJA JOHOR. Before joining Capvest Security Sdn Bhd, He has served as the Security Assistant Manager in Universal Cable (M) Bhd from year 1993 untill year 2000. He then serve in security company as Smart Force Security Sdn Bhd as Branch Manager (2000 - 2002), Full Force Security Sdn Bhd as Manager Southern Region (2002 - 2004), SAS Security Force Sdn Bhd as Branch Manager (2004 - 2009) and joined Capvest Security Sdn Bhd since 2009.
He have been appoint as General Manager and his area of responsibility are Johor state, and due to his excellent managing skills, he was recognized and promoted to Senior General Manager and moved to Headquarters on October 2019 and oversee the operations of Capvest's branches until today.
Hail from the City of Eternal Peace, Taiping Perak, He joins the Armed Forces Apprentice School from 1974 to 1976. Proceed to serve in the Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Corps for 13 years and ends his service as Technician Grade 1 to venture the Motoring Industry starting as a salesman and successfully brings himself to the rank of Manager. Along the way gained himself Profesional Sales Consultant achievement as tested by The American Ford Motor Company. He then joined Capvest Security in 2011 as Branch Manager Sabah and his experience in Sales, Marketing and Operations Management landed him a promotion to General Manager Operations - Sabah in early 2017.
Hail from Kuantan, Pahang, He hold a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting From University Putra Malaysia, which he obtain after graduating his Analysis Diploma in the Research Institute of Investment Malaysia. His first experience however, was in AI Partners as a Semi Senior Auditor from July 2006 to May 2008. After gaining some experience, He joined Capvest Security in June 2008 as Finance Manager and later promoted to Senior Manager Finance in February 2014 and was recently promoted to General Manager of Finance on January 2020.
